To Write Love On Her Arms

TWLOHA holds a special place in my heart. They march straight into a battle many don’t want to talk about. They broadcast messages of hope into the lives of all - with a special emphasis on those who struggle with depression, self-harm, addiction, and suicide. They work to connect those who struggle with help.

To fund their work, they sell a large selection of clothes and accessories cool enough to fill the trendiest surf shop.

Here is a link to the blog post which sparked the movement; it’s one of the most important and beautiful pieces of writing I’ve read. Also, I made an exception and included two videos here because Anis Mojgagi’s poem “SHAKE THE DUST” at HEAVY & LIGHT deserves to live on.
